Train and study with world-renowned coaches at the most advanced facility of its kind in the world. At the International Training & Research Center, individual private lessons as well as group lessons are offered. The ITRC is located next to the International Bowling Museum & Hall of Fame, one block south of Six Flags Over Texas at the International Bowling Campus.

Whether you’re a professional bowler or someone who needs “bumpers” to keep from rolling a gutter ball, the ITRC can help you up your game.

The ITRC is like a futuristic Star Trek bowling alley; it’s super high-tech. There are 14 dedicated lanes and gadgets like biomechanical motion tracking, DigiTrax ball motion technology, robotic cameras that provide digital analysis, and even the ability to eye-track a bowler’s vision.

The high-tech gear is cool, but even more important is the fact that some of the world’s best bowling coaches are here in Arlington. The human element and one-on-one instruction is what makes the experience unique.

There’s also a top-of-the-line Pro Shop (not exactly the same as renting those awful bowling shoes at the local bowling alley) as well as a fully-equipped fitness center. At the ITRC, you can perfect your game at the only bowling training center that sends athletes to represent the U.S. in the Olympic Movement.

Here are the rates for Bowling ITRC Lessons (BPAA and USBC members receive a 5% discount; Sport Bowling Members receive a 10% discount):

The ITRC shares a campus with the International Bowling Hall of Fame & Museum. The address is 621 Six Flags Drive in Arlington, Texas, just three blocks south of I-30 and one block south of Six Flags Over Texas theme park. Click here for map/directions: http://www.bowlingitrc.com/Location.aspx

The International Bowling Hall of Fame & Museum is right next door to the IRTC, so be sure to carve out time for a visit at the 18,000 square foot facility. The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30am-5pm. The price is $9.50 for adults or $7.50 for seniors age 65+/kids ages 4-18. Group rates are available (call 817 385-8213).
